The code for Maritime transportation of dangerous goods – IMDG Code defines that all employees involved in the transport of dangerous goods at sea, including shipping companies, agents and forwarders – will recognize the Code requirements. The Administration of Shipping and Ports", In CG9 (f) order, requires the workers to be trained in Certification course starting December 2007, as a condition for dealing with transport of dangerous goods. Since 1st of January 2010, it was defined how to train competent staff to load & stuff packed cargo of Dangerous goods, and sign as certified Container Loaders & Stuffers on the dispatching form submitted to the port authority inspectors.
